How it Works
DROP-OFF YOUR LAUNDRY
Once you have downloaded the WashiWashy App,
please follow these steps to use the locker:
- Locate an available and empty locker.
- Place your items inside the locker.
- Select a four-digit code of your choice.
- Press the pound (#) key to confirm your code.
- Your locker is now locked and ready for pickup.
Place your Order in the APP
After you have locked your laundry inside a designated locker, you can use the Washi Washy app to place your order and notify us for pick-up.
Please follow these steps:
- Open the Washi Washy app.
- Select the option to place an order ( + ) on the lower menu bar.
- Enter the locker number where you have left your laundry.
- Confirm the details of your order.
- Submit the order to notify us for pick-up.
PICK UP YOUR LAUNDRY
After your laundry has been processed and is ready for pick-up, we will inform you via SMS and email regarding the locker number where your order is located.
To open the locker and retrieve your laundry, please follow these steps:
- Enter the code provided to you in the notification.
- Press the pound (#) key after entering the code.
- The locker will then unlock and you can retrieve your laundry. Please ensure that you click the pound (#) key after entering the code to successfully unlock the locker.
